In-house CNC machining includes Machined from Solid (MFS) for complex parts, prototypes, and repeat orders. We machine aluminium, stainless steel, brass, and other engineering materials, turning drawings into accurate parts with technical control.
We help source aluminium extrusions with the right profile, alloy and finish, then coordinate machining and secondary operations where needed.
We co-ordinate high-pressure die casting for cost-effective, repeatable components, with tooling and machining requirements considered from the start.
We co-ordinate specialist forging for strong, durable components and connect the formed part with the machining and finishing it needs.
We co-ordinate low-pressure and gravity casting for complex aluminium components, including alloy selection, tooling, wall thickness and final machining requirements.

CNC Machining, Finishing and MFS
Our in-house CNC machining and Machined from Solid (MFS) capability produces accurate components from aluminium, stainless steel, brass and other engineering materials. We support prototypes, low-volume production and established production requirements, with tolerances down to ±0.01 mm subject to component design and requirements. Where needed, we can also co-ordinate Anodizing, Passivation, Powder Coating, Painting and E-coating through trusted specialist partners.
