Quotation

We will supply you with FOB or CIF quotation to the port of your choice. We aim to quote within 3 working days and will engage in technical discussion if needed.

Factory Audits

We can arrange factory audits and the associated transport, accommodation and translation.

Product Development

All product development will be supported with all necessary communication and a Product Development Plan listing key milestone dates in the development. Updates will be supplied on these and include visual evidence of progress. On completion of samples, we will supply an ISIR and a Material Certificate as well as any other documentation requested. On approval, samples will be sent by express delivery.

Sample Approval

Production can start on the signing of the Sample Approval form supplied.

Production

All production orders are supported with a Schedule and this can be sent out by email – we can send out on a weekly basis or every time there is an update.

Shipping

On completion of the production we will be in contact to check how you want the goods to be shipped and supply outline costs. We will provide all the necessary paper work for customers to present to their local shipping agent. All goods will be supplied with any relevant paperwork requested.

Payment Schedule

We will send put clear payment requests linked to terms agreed.

Communication

We conduct the majority of communication by email, and operate 9am to 6pm Chinese business hours, but can be flexible in these if a specific situation requires it. We are here to make the process as easy as possible and look forward to serving you.
